Ryan is a postdoctoral associate at the University of Minnesota with Dr. David Moeller. She studies how plants interact with each other through the use of shared pollinators.

Mohamed Yakub recently completed his Ph.D. in Plant Biological Sciences at the University of Minnesota where his research focused on characterizing how plants adapt to urban environments. He is currently the Outreach and Education Coordinator at the Stakman-Borlaug Center (SBC) for Sustainable Plant Health within the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences at the University of Minnesota.

Beth is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota in the Plant Biology Graduate Group. She is in the lab of Dr. Jeannine Cavender-Bares. She studies oaks in Arizona and is interested in how they are responding to changes in the environment.

John is a graduate student at the University of Minnesota in the Plant Biology Graduate Group. He is in the lab of Dr. David Moeller. He is interested in how bugs, bunnies and bacteria determine where plants can grow.

Dr. Tiffin is our faculty advisor. He is a Professor at the University of Minnesota in the Plant Biology Department. He is interested in the genetics of how plants adapt to their environments.
Market Science was started in 2013 with a UMN IonE mini-grant awarded to Mohamed Yakub, Jessica Biever, and Alyson Center.
